"I am writing this in praise of State Farm ,Teri DiGrande , and in particular her staff member Ari . I was having an issue sending insurance info to the Condo Associations office in Texas, so I stopped into Teri,s office last Saturday 1/4/2025 .Ari was the staff member on the desk that day , and after listening to my problem and frustrations , she immediately knew how to solve the issue . Without any hesitation , asked me a few questions , and then went to work on the computer , and emailed the info to Texas . I then spent a short time at the office chatting with both her and Teri . Ari is a delight to work with , is very knowledgeable and professional , and assured me that the issue did not exist anymore. On Monday 1/6/2025 at 1130am Texas time , I received an email from the Condo Association. It stated that everything was in order and that my Condo is properly insured and the documents are filed properly . Teri , I highly recommend that Ari is commended for her proficiency and fast work in solving the issue.As always Vanessa and I always recommend your office to anyone who asks about insurance , and with staff like Ari I know that is the right advice Kenny"
